Graphic Designer

About the role

HubFit is seeking a Graphic Designer to shape the visual experience of its platform for personal trainers, online coaches, and gyms. You will work within the newly formed Growth Marketing team, creating assets that appear across social media, email, digital ads, and the broader brand system.

Key responsibilities

• Design marketing creative for social, email, digital ads, and campaign assets that can be produced quickly and tested effectively.
• Evolve and maintain HubFit’s visual identity and design system, ensuring consistency as the brand scales.
• Create marketing site pages, landing pages, and campaign experiences that align with brand guidelines.
• Build and manage a library of reusable templates and brand assets to accelerate team workflows.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to translate briefs into on‑brand concepts from start to finish.
• Iterate rapidly on feedback and performance data to improve creative output.

Required profile

• A designer who balances craft and concept, delivering polished work quickly while keeping the overall system cohesive.
• Strong attention to typography, color, and layout.
• Curiosity about emerging design and AI tools, and a willingness to share new techniques.
• Collaborative mindset, bias for action, and clear communication skills.
