Graphic Designer – Tobacco & FMCG

About the role

The Graphic Designer will create high‑quality visual concepts, packaging, promotional materials and digital campaigns for tobacco and cigarette products. You will work in a fast‑paced FMCG environment, translating brand strategies into compelling visual assets.

Key responsibilities

• Design marketing materials for print and digital platforms, including brochures, posters, banners and POSM.
• Develop packaging designs, labels and brand identity assets aligned with market trends.
• Collaborate with commercial, production and vendor teams to turn ideas into technical drawings and final artwork.
• Edit and enhance images, videos and other promotional content.
• Ensure all creatives comply with brand guidelines and quality standards.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
• Stay updated on design trends, AI‑driven tools and FMCG branding strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia or a related field.
• 5–10 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in the tobacco or FMCG industry.
• Proven experience working with printing companies and handling packaging projects.
• Strong typography, colour theory and layout skills.
• Ability to work both independently and within cross‑functional teams.
