Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – Confidential

About the role

We are conducting a confidential search for a Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join the Executive Leadership Team of a leading manufacturing and industrial group based in Dubai. The CFO will drive financial transformation, support restructuring, and enable long‑term value creation across multiple business units and markets.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the CEO and Board to design and execute restructuring and transformation strategies.
• Lead all financial aspects of turnaround initiatives, liquidity improvement, and working‑capital optimisation.
• Drive cost optimisation, operational efficiency, and margin enhancement across manufacturing and supply‑chain functions.
• Negotiate with banks and lenders, manage refinancing, covenant compliance, and debt restructuring.
• Support capital‑market transactions, including IPO readiness, equity fundraising, and rights issues.
• Oversee accounting, treasury, taxation, audit, budgeting, planning, and financial reporting.
• Lead cash preservation, liquidity management, and cash‑forecasting processes.
• Serve as the primary financial interface with banks, investors, auditors, and advisors.
• Build and lead a high‑performing finance organisation.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading large‑scale manufacturing or industrial turnarounds and restructurings.
• Deep knowledge of MENA cross‑border capital markets, syndicated debt, and lender negotiations.
• Track record of group‑wide digital finance transformation and ERP modernisation.
• Experience with strategic M&A integration or portfolio optimisation across diversified units.
• Advanced understanding of UAE/GCC regulatory compliance and ESG reporting frameworks.
