About the role
We are seeking an experienced technology leader to drive enterprise-wide digital transformation, technology strategy, and AI adoption within a leading healthcare organisation.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute the organisation's technology and AI strategy.
- Lead EMR, ERP, integration, and digital transformation programmes.
- Drive data, analytics, and AI initiatives that support business and clinical objectives.
- Oversee enterprise architecture, application landscape, and system modernisation.
- Manage and develop a high‑performing technology team and key technology partners.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on technology investment and innovation.
Required profile
- Proven technology leadership experience within a healthcare provider environment.
- Strong background in EMR/HIS platforms, integrations, and system migrations.
- Experience delivering large‑scale ERP transformation programmes.
- Understanding of healthcare informatics, interoperability, and data strategy.
- Exposure to AI, automation, or advanced analytics initiatives.
- Arabic language skills and GCC healthcare experience are a major plus.
