Growth Manager

About the role

The Growth Manager will lead Careem Food’s growth function in Dubai and across the UAE. Reporting to senior leadership, you will own the bottom‑up growth planning, track performance against targets and drive cross‑functional initiatives that ensure the business meets its revenue goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own the bottom‑up growth plan for Dubai/UAE, translating market opportunities into measurable targets for MAUs, OPU, ARPU and revenue.
• Maintain quarterly and annual growth roadmaps and ensure alignment with overall organisational revenue objectives.
• Run the performance rhythm – weekly and monthly plan‑vs‑actual reviews, funnel health checks and initiative‑level tracking.
• Build dashboards that surface key growth metrics and diagnose gaps, identifying root causes and corrective actions.
• Act as the primary growth liaison for the Food commercial team, co‑owning revenue target delivery and designing offers, incentives and promotions that balance growth with unit economics.
• Design, launch and manage end‑to‑end growth initiatives, coordinating with product, marketing, operations and data teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in growth, analytics or commercial strategy, preferably in e‑commerce or food‑delivery.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data insights into actionable business plans.
• Proven track record of managing cross‑functional projects and delivering revenue growth.
• Experience working in fast‑paced, data‑driven environments and comfortable with stakeholder management.
