Growth Manager Platform Growth & Monetization

About the role

Astra Tech is seeking a Growth Manager to design and operate the analytics, experimentation, and behavioral intelligence engine that drives platform growth and monetization for Botim. You will own real‑time reporting, run continuous A/B experiments, and create behavioral cohorts that power cross‑sell and retention across a multi‑service fintech/super‑app platform.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain real‑time dashboards covering DAU/MAU, session activity, growth loop metrics, and ad performance.
• Replace manual reporting with automated, standardized dashboards and proactively surface insights.
• Maintain a continuous pipeline of A/B experiments, from hypothesis to decision, with statistical rigor.
• Segment users by behavior, design cohort‑specific journeys, and close the loop between experiments and refined cohorts.
• Drive growth loops (engagement, retention, re‑activation, referral) and cross‑sell initiatives across multiple services.
• Participate in weekly reporting, monthly experiment reviews, and quarterly retrospectives.

Required profile

• 4–7 years of experience in growth or product analytics at a consumer tech company, preferably fintech or a super‑app.
• Hands‑on experience building dashboards, running experiments, and designing behavioral cohorts.
• Ability to turn ambiguous problems into scalable infrastructure.

Required skills

• Advanced SQL for data extraction and analysis.
• Design and execution of A/B tests with statistical validation.
• Dashboarding and real‑time reporting (e.g., using BI tools).
