About the role

We are seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist for the Middle East & Africa (MEA) region to own the execution, optimization, and operational management of paid media campaigns. The role is highly execution‑focused and ideal for a detail‑oriented professional passionate about campaign operations, performance analysis, creative testing, and process improvement.

Key responsibilities

  • Execute and support paid media campaigns across assigned MEA markets, handling setup, QA, launch, monitoring, pacing, optimization, and reporting.
  • Manage day‑to‑day operations on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Apple Search Ads, and other regional paid media tools.
  • Implement campaign structures, audience targeting, bidding strategies, budgets, creative rotations, tracking parameters, and platform settings.
  • Monitor daily performance and troubleshoot issues related to spend pacing, delivery, tracking, creative fatigue, audience performance, conversion rates, CAC, and ROAS.
  • Optimize campaigns to meet goals like new‑customer acquisition, revenue, ROAS, CAC, LTV, payback period, contribution margin, and conversion rate.
  • Assist with budget pacing, reallocation recommendations, and structured testing roadmaps across creative, audiences, bids, landing pages, offers, and localization.
  • Coordinate creative workflows, including briefing, asset trafficking, localization, naming conventions, version control, approvals, uploads, and post‑launch tracking.
  • Partner with creative, localization, and regional stakeholders to ensure ads are accurate, culturally relevant, and platform‑compliant.
  • Analyze performance creative by format, hook, message, offer, language, market, audience, placement, and funnel stage.
  • Maintain documentation, testing trackers, launch calendars, QA checklists, UTM standards, and reporting processes.
  • Support measurement initiatives such as incrementality tests, geo tests, platform lift studies, holdout tests, attribution analysis, and cohort reporting.
  • Prepare recurring performance reports, insights summaries, test readouts, and campaign updates for managers and cross‑functional partners.

Required profile

  • Hands‑on experience managing paid media campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail and passion for campaign operations and performance analysis.
  • Ability to work cross‑functionally with creative, localization, and regional teams.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on testing, optimization, and process improvement.
