GTM Engineer

About the role

Mutiny is building a self‑improving AI infrastructure that accelerates revenue velocity for sales and marketing teams. As a GTM Engineer you will design, build, and own the core systems that power outbound, onboarding, enrichment, routing, and AI‑native workflows, enabling a small team to operate like a much larger one.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve the GTM stack, ensuring reliability of outbound, onboarding, enrichment, routing, and segmentation pipelines.
• Develop automations and internal tools that dramatically speed up sales and marketing processes.
• Design and maintain the plumbing – APIs, data flows, and integrations between all tools in the tech stack.
• Integrate AI agents and AI‑driven workflows into internal operations, turning internal playbooks into customer‑facing best practices.
• Identify repeatable patterns and codify them into scalable automation frameworks for future teammates.

Required profile

• A systems thinker who turns one‑off work into repeatable processes.
• A builder who has shipped automations, internal tools, or workflows that measurably increased team speed.
• Comfortable working with complex plumbing – APIs, data flows, enrichment, and routing.
• AI‑curious and already experimenting with agents or AI workflows in personal projects.
• Bias to ship – prefers delivering an 80% solution quickly and iterating over waiting for perfection.
• Excellent cross‑functional communicator able to explain technical decisions to C‑level marketers, revenue leaders, and engineers alike.
