About the role
As a Guest Arrival Expert – Bellman you will be the first point of contact for guests arriving and departing from our hotel. Your goal is to create a memorable, seamless experience that reflects the brand’s commitment to hospitality and service excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome guests, assist with luggage, and guide them through check‑in and check‑out processes.
- Process operational tasks, respond to guest requests, and complete daily reports.
- Provide local area information and highlight hotel amenities.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment.
- Perform physical duties such as standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lb unaided and up to 75 lb with assistance.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work experience required.
- No supervisory experience or specific licenses needed.
