About the role

The Guest Arrival Expert – Bus Driver creates memorable first and last impressions for hotel guests by managing their arrival and departure experiences. This on‑site role combines hospitality service with safe transportation of guests.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, assist with luggage, and escort them to the hotel or designated transport.
• Provide accurate information about local attractions, hotel facilities, and services.
• Process operational tasks such as check‑in/out coordination, reporting, and handling guest requests promptly.
• Operate the hotel shuttle or bus safely, adhering to all traffic and safety regulations.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 50 lb unaided and heavier items with assistance.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment and ensure the vehicle is tidy and well‑maintained.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Ability to stand, walk, and be on your feet for extended periods.
• Physical capability to lift and move items as described.
• Professional appearance, good communication skills, and adherence to company policies.
