Guest Engagement Team Lead

About the role

The Guest Engagement Team Lead will oversee the daily guest experience at Hoppi, a new family‑focused play destination in Abu Dhabi. You will lead by example, ensuring that children, parents and visitors receive exceptional service while fostering a playful, safe environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver impeccable service to all guests, modeling appropriate adult‑child interactions.
• Supervise, coach and conduct 1‑on‑1 check‑ins with front‑of‑house staff.
• Organise and lead team‑building activities, training sessions and daily briefings.
• Oversee floor operations, program facilitation and activation of events such as birthdays, field trips and camps.
• Collaborate with the Venue Manager to set objectives, gather guest feedback and propose improvements.
• Manage daily schedules, ensure seamless communication and address guest concerns promptly.

• Proactive leader with a hands‑on approach to guest engagement.
• Strong coaching and supervisory abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Passion for creating a safe, imaginative environment for children and families.
