About the role
The Guest Experience Expert ensures memorable and unique experiences for guests throughout their stay, handling a variety of operational and service tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Assist guests with check‑in, check‑out, luggage handling, and transportation of items to and from rooms.
- Process operational needs, address guest requests, complete reports, and share local area highlights.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work or supervisory experience required.
Required skills
- Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 lb unaided and up to 100 lb with assistance.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and navigate stairs or service ramps for extended periods.
