About the role

Join the vibrant Recreation team at Radisson Resort Al Marjan Island as a Kids Club Attendant, creating memorable experiences for children and families while ensuring safety and cleanliness.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Kids Club team, maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety, and oversee budgets and inventory.
• Coordinate with the Recreation Supervisor to create a safe environment, maintain equipment, and follow activity schedules.
• Enforce club rules, keep the facility tidy, and respond to guest inquiries with knowledge and confidence.

Required profile

• Positive, flexible "Yes I Can!" attitude with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and a passion for delivering extraordinary service.
