About the role
The Guest Experience Expert – Connect Agent is responsible for creating memorable and unique experiences for guests throughout their stay. This role involves proactive service delivery, handling operational tasks, and providing local area insights to enhance the guest journey.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay.
- Process operational needs, address guest requests, and complete necessary reports.
- Share highlights of the local area to enrich the guest experience.
- Maintain a safe workplace, follow company policies, and protect company assets.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work or supervisory experience required.
