About the role
The Guest Experience Expert delivers memorable, personalized service throughout a guest's stay, handling everything from check‑in to luggage assistance. This full‑time, on‑site position is based at Aloft Hotels on Sheikh Rashid Road, Dubai.
Key responsibilities
- Process operational needs, address guest requests, and complete reports to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist guests with loading/unloading vehicles, transporting luggage to rooms or designated bell areas.
- Provide local area highlights and recommendations, enhancing the overall guest experience.
- Maintain a safe workplace, follow company policies, protect assets, and uphold professional appearance and communication standards.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work or supervisory experience required.
