About the role
The Guest Experience Expert at W Hotels in Dubai creates memorable, personalized stays for every guest. You will be the proactive point of contact throughout the guest journey, ensuring smooth operations and delightful experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Process operational needs and complete daily reports.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and provide local area recommendations.
- Maintain a safe, clean work environment and follow all company policies.
- Protect company assets, uphold quality standards, and ensure professional appearance and communication.
- Perform physical duties such as standing, walking, and lifting items up to 10 lb without assistance.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work or supervisory experience required.
- Ability to work on feet for extended periods and handle light physical tasks.
- Commitment to confidentiality, safety, and professional conduct.
