Guest Experience Expert – Russian Speaker

About the role

As a Guest Experience Expert at Ajman Saray, you will be the face of the resort for Russian‑speaking guests, ensuring every moment of their stay feels personal and memorable. You will move throughout the property, assisting guests from check‑in to check‑out while showcasing local highlights.

Key responsibilities

• Provide seamless check‑in and check‑out experiences for Russian‑speaking guests.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, inquiries and operational needs.
• Prepare and submit daily reports on guest interactions and service issues.
• Share recommendations about local attractions, dining and cultural experiences.
• Maintain a safe, clean and professional work environment.
• Handle physical tasks such as lifting, moving or arranging items up to 10 lb without assistance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Fluent Russian language skills (spoken and written).
• Ability to stand, walk or sit for extended periods.
• Capability to lift and move objects up to 10 lb.
• No prior hospitality experience required.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Russian language.
