Guest Experience Expert – Welcome Services

About the role

As a Guest Experience Expert you will be the face of the hotel, guiding guests through every stage of their stay and ensuring memorable, seamless experiences. Based at West Crescent in Dubai, you will work across the property to respond to guest requests, process operational tasks and share local highlights.

Key responsibilities

• Assist guests with check‑in, check‑out and throughout their stay, providing personalized service.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Process operational needs such as reports, documentation and minor transactions.
• Promote local attractions and hotel amenities to enhance the guest experience.
• Maintain a safe, clean and welcoming environment in accordance with company policies.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No prior work experience required; enthusiasm for hospitality is essential.
• Ability to stand, walk and move for extended periods and lift objects up to 10 lb.
• Professional appearance, strong communication skills and respect for confidentiality.

Required skills

• Basic computer literacy for reporting and reservation systems.
