Guest Experience & Front Office Supervisor

About the role

The Guest Experience Supervisor ensures smooth check‑in processes, accurate billing, and high‑quality service for guests at Le Méridien Dubai. This role also supports the front office team and acts as a point of contact for guest requests and staff guidance.

Key responsibilities

• Process all guest check‑ins, verify identity, payment method, assign rooms and issue keys.
• Enter Marriott Rewards information, ensure rates match market codes and handle billing exceptions.
• Compile daily reports, manage cashier and closing reports, and handle cash and receipt balancing.
• Assist guests with directions, property information and special requests, coordinating with other staff as needed.
• Train, evaluate, counsel and motivate front office staff, promoting a fair‑treatment policy.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related front office experience.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift objects up to 10 lb and perform cash handling duties.

Required skills

• Proficiency with computer and POS systems.
• Cash handling and receipt balancing.
