Guest Experience Specialist

About the role

The Guest Experience Specialist will be at the heart of the guest journey at Delano Dubai, delivering thoughtful, personalised, and effortless experiences from arrival through departure. You will anticipate guest needs, build genuine connections, and ensure every interaction reflects the warmth, sophistication, and distinctive spirit of the DELANO brand.

Key responsibilities

• Create warm, genuine, and personalised interactions that make guests feel recognised and valued throughout their stay.
• Support a seamless guest experience from pre‑arrival through departure, anticipating needs and identifying opportunities to enhance the stay.
• Recognise and respond to guest preferences, special requests, VIP requirements, and individual expectations with attention to detail.
• Coordinate bespoke requests including restaurant reservations, transportation, celebrations, tours, activities, and other guest arrangements.
• Provide knowledgeable and personalised recommendations on dining, shopping, entertainment, attractions, and experiences.
• Take ownership of guest concerns and complaints, responding promptly and professionally to ensure effective resolution.
• Proactively follow up with guests during their stay to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns before departure.
• Ensure VIP, repeat, and long‑stay guests receive appropriate recognition and a personalised level of service.
• Work closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Engineering, and other departments to ensure seamless execution.
