Guest Experience Supervisor - Guest Relations

About the role

Marriott Hotels & Resorts is hiring a Guest Experience Supervisor for its guest relations function in Dubai. The supervisor handles check-ins, guest accounts, payments and billing, and supports the team through training, coaching and policy compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Process all guest check-ins: verify guest identity and form of payment, assign rooms, activate and issue room keys, and set up accurate accounts according to guest requirements.
• Enter Marriott Rewards information, ensure rates match market codes, document exceptions and secure payment before issuing keys.
• Verify and adjust billing, process all payment types, vouchers, paid-outs and charges, and balance and drop receipts.
• Compile and review daily reports, logs and contingency lists, complete cashier and closing reports, and notify Loss Prevention/Security of theft reports.
• Assist management in training, evaluating, counseling and coaching employees, and act as a role model and first point of contact for the Guarantee of Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy.
• Develop positive working relationships, support the team, and report accidents, injuries and unsafe conditions to the manager.
• Welcome guests, anticipate their needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and answer phones and use POS systems professionally.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• No license or certification required.
