Guest Relation Agent

About the role

The Guest Relations Agent delivers outstanding guest service from check‑in to check‑out, acting as the primary point of contact for guests at Rixos Premium Saadiyat Island. You will ensure comfort, resolve issues promptly, and provide personalized experiences that reflect the hotel’s high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor.
• Assist efficiently with check‑in and check‑out procedures.
• Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints courteously and promptly.
• Provide information on hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
• Coordinate special guest requests such as room preferences, celebrations, and amenities.
• Liaise with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of hotel policies, promotions, and room availability.
• Record guest feedback and contribute to improving satisfaction scores.
• Anticipate guest needs and offer proactive assistance.
• Promote hotel services, facilities, and upgrades when appropriate.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer‑facing role, preferably hospitality or front office.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, empathetic, service‑oriented personality.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Fluent in English and Russian; additional languages are a plus.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Required skills

• Proficiency with hotel management software.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
