About the role

The Guest Relations Agent at Al Wadi, Ras Al Khaimah, is a key member of the Guest Experience team. You will create memorable, personalized experiences for guests throughout their stay, ensuring every interaction reflects the Ritz‑Carlton standard of excellence.

Key responsibilities

Deliver a wide range of guest services, from check‑in/out to handling special requests.
Process operational needs, complete reports, and share local area highlights with guests.
Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve issues to enhance satisfaction.
Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment while adhering to company policies.
Move, lift, and carry objects up to 10 pounds without assistance as part of daily duties.

Required profile

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
No prior related work experience required.
No supervisory experience or specific licenses needed.

No specific technical skills required.
