About the role
The Guest Relations Agent at Al Wadi, Ras Al Khaimah, is a key member of the Guest Experience team. You will create memorable, personalized experiences for guests throughout their stay, ensuring every interaction reflects the Ritz‑Carlton standard of excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver a wide range of guest services, from check‑in/out to handling special requests.
- Process operational needs, complete reports, and share local area highlights with guests.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve issues to enhance satisfaction.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment while adhering to company policies.
- Move, lift, and carry objects up to 10 pounds without assistance as part of daily duties.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work experience required.
- No supervisory experience or specific licenses needed.
Required skills
- No specific technical skills required.
