Guest Relations Agent

About the role

Palazzo Versace Dubai, a luxury 5-star hotel along the historic Dubai Creek, is looking for a Guest Relations Agent. The hotel offers 215 rooms and suites, 169 residences, several dining venues and leisure facilities, and welcomes students, graduates and hospitality professionals who want international experience.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests warmly, professionally and personally
• Provide information on hotel facilities, services, dining outlets and local attractions
• Handle guest requests, inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
• Follow up on guest feedback and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues
• Recognize VIP guests and special occasions and deliver personalized service
• Maintain accurate guest information and records
• Promote hotel services and maintain high standards of grooming, communication and luxury service

Required profile

• Previous Guest Relations or Front Office experience in a luxury hotel is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, confident and guest-focused attitude
• Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends and public holidays

Required skills

• Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage
