Guest Relations Agent – Luxury Hotel

About the role

As a Guest Relations Agent at InterContinental Dubai Marina, you will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering a warm and sophisticated welcome in a five‑star environment. You will support the lobby team, escort guests to rooms, and ensure that every interaction reflects the InterContinental brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome all guests in the lobby with genuine hospitality.
• Escort guests to their rooms while adhering to hotel policies.
• Perform daily courtesy calls for arrivals, pre‑ and post‑stay, and for IHG Rewards Club, Ambassador and return guests.
• Handle guest queries, special requests and complaints promptly and courteously.
• Update guest profiles and preferences in the PMS and maintain accurate history logs.
• Promote recognition of IHG Rewards Club and Ambassador members to achieve high satisfaction scores.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and a team‑player attitude.
• Fluent English; German or French is a plus.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Opera PMS.
