Guest Relations Executive – Luxury Resort

About the role

The Guest Relations Executive will be part of the Food & Beverage team at Jumeirah Zabeel Saray, a luxury beachside resort on Palm Jumeirah. You will ensure a seamless and memorable dining experience for guests, handling reservations, enquiries and any issues that arise.

Key responsibilities

• Man the hostess desk, greet guests promptly and escort them as needed.
• Answer menu queries and provide accurate information.
• Schedule dining reservations and manage special requests following the Restaurant Reservations SOP and F&B Enquiry/Booking checklist.
• Address guest complaints quickly, gather feedback and drive continuous service improvement.
• Maintain guest privacy by adhering to confidentiality protocols and accurate documentation of guest data.
• Know the dining room layout, table numbers, stations and shift colleagues.
• Support team efforts with training, cleaning and inventory tasks while upholding Jumeirah’s luxury service standards.

Required profile

• High school diploma or secondary education.
• 1‑2 years of experience in guest service or hospitality.
• Proficient in English (read, write, speak) – essential.
• Additional language proficiency is preferred.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Micros point‑of‑sale system.
• Familiarity with Epicure restaurant reservation system.
