Guest Service Agent - Arabic Speaker

About the role

Join the front office team at The Chedi Al Bait in Sharjah as a Guest Service Agent. You will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering personalized, luxury‑level service from arrival through departure.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly during check‑in and check‑out.
• Handle room reservations, registration, billing and payment procedures.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests and concerns.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of hotel services, room categories, promotions and local attractions.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Concierge, Engineering and other departments to ensure seamless experiences.
• Manage guest complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.
• Maintain accurate, confidential guest records.
• Balance cash transactions and prepare daily reports in line with hotel policies.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a luxury or upscale hotel environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer‑service and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced setting while handling multiple priorities.
• Attention to detail and commitment to exceptional service.
• Professional appearance in line with hotel standards.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, holidays and overnight.
• Positive attitude, teamwork and strong interpersonal skills.
