About the role
Hotel Indigo Dubai Downtown, part of IHG Hotels & Resorts, is looking for a Guest Service Agent. The role suits someone who enjoys meeting new people, has a passion for hospitality and wants to welcome guests and handle the front desk with a smile.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome guests and handle check-ins and check-outs
- Issue room keys and process payments
- Answer guest questions and share local tips
- Connect with Housekeeping, Engineering and other departments to keep things running smoothly
- Work closely with the front office team during shifts
Required profile
- Confident, friendly and able to stay calm when busy
- Fluency in English is required; speaking another language is a plus
- Flexible with shifts and a good attitude at any time of day
- Previous front desk or guest-facing experience is a plus
Required skills
- Experience using Opera PMS is a strong plus
