Guest Service Center Supervisor

About the role

The Guest Service Center Supervisor will lead the daily operations of the Guest Service Center at NH Collection Dubai The Palm, ensuring prompt and professional handling of all guest inquiries, requests, and concerns.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily Guest Service Center operations and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Lead, motivate, coach and support team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Handle guest calls, inquiries, feedback and complaints, ensuring timely resolution.
• Coordinate guest requests with relevant departments and monitor their completion.
• Conduct shift briefings, ensure effective handovers and maintain compliance with brand standards and SOPs.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).
• Previous experience in Front Office or Guest Services, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and a proactive approach to service recovery.
• Fluent written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Opera or other Property Management Systems (PMS).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good computer literacy and ability to work with hotel management software.
