About the role
As a Guest Service Expert at W Hotels, you will create memorable dining experiences for guests in a vibrant, luxury environment. You will be responsible for delivering attentive service, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, and ensuring every interaction reflects the brand’s unique hospitality philosophy.
Key responsibilities
- Set and arrange tables, manage dining room flow, and ensure a clean, welcoming environment.
- Communicate orders accurately with the kitchen and serve food and beverages promptly.
- Interact with guests courteously, address their needs, and enhance their overall experience.
- Maintain safety standards, follow company policies, and uphold uniform and appearance guidelines.
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lb unassisted, moving on varied surfaces, and handling menu materials.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification needed.
