Guest Service Officer – Call Centre

About the role
The Guest Service Officer works in the call centre of the iconic QE2 hotel, providing professional, friendly, and engaging service to guests via phone and email.
Key responsibilities
- Process all external and internal calls and emails, redirecting or assisting as needed.
- Answer telephone calls and emails promptly, using a clear, courteous tone.
- Take ownership of guest requests, follow up according to hotel standards, and verify completion.
- Handle In‑Room Dining (IRD) calls, take accurate food & beverage orders, and coordinate with kitchen and service staff.
- Manage wake‑up call requests, log details accurately, and deliver calls at the requested time.
- Provide information on F&B promotions, reservations, meeting rooms, and other hotel services.
- Maintain confidentiality, handle lost‑and‑found communication, and follow emergency procedures.
Required profile
- Good communication skills.
- 0‑2 years of experience in a similar guest service or call centre role.
