About the role
Sofitel Dubai Downtown, a 5-star luxury hotel in the heart of Downtown Dubai near The Dubai Mall, is hiring a Guest Service Officer for its reception. The officer delivers service excellence according to company guidelines and manages the arrival, departure and in-house guest experience.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the arrival, departure and in-house guest experience and exceed guests' expectations
- Attend to guests at the front desk for check-in, check-out, inquiries and key handling, following hotel standards and procedures
- Welcome guests warmly and provide personal service throughout their stay
- Greet and escort guests personally rather than simply giving directions
Required profile
- Diploma or degree in vocational hospitality or Rooms Division
- 2 to 5 years of experience, depending on education and career background
