Guest Services Associate

About the role

We are looking for a Guest Services Associate to be the first point of contact for visitors at our world‑class leisure attractions in Abu Dhabi. You will ensure smooth entry, provide friendly assistance and promote our shows, attractions and merchandise.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Process ticket and product sales efficiently using a computerized POS system.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, accept multiple payment methods and reconcile registers at shift start and end.
• Educate guests on current promotions, pricing, shows and attractions.
• Proactively upsell and cross‑sell services and merchandise to generate additional revenue.
• Manage the lost‑and‑found counter according to company policy.
• Operate turnstiles, ensure safety protocols are followed and support emergency procedures.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and customer‑service orientation.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling.
• Ability to work flexibly in a fast‑paced, guest‑focused environment.
• Proactive problem‑solver with a positive attitude.

Required skills

• POS system operation.
• Cash handling and basic arithmetic.
• Ability to use multiple payment methods, including foreign currencies.
