Guest Services Officer - Part Time (Emirati Talent)

About the role

M42's Capital Health Screening Centre (CHSC) is a health screening provider in Abu Dhabi with four branches and four mobile screening units, offering residency visa medicals, occupational health certificates and eligibility assessments for pension and benefits. It is looking for UAE nationals to join its Patient Access Services team as a part-time Guest Services Officer. You will be the first point of contact for patients, families and visitors, handling patient registration, appointment scheduling and insurance verification, and providing Arabic-to-English and English-to-Arabic translation with the physicians.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients to ensure a positive and professional experience
• Manage patient registration, insurance verification and appointment scheduling
• Handle cash collections, billing inquiries and accurate patient identification
• Provide Arabic-English interpretation to support patient-staff communication
• Support clinical assistant duties as required
• Ensure compliance with DOH, DHA and JCI standards
• Communicate effectively with patients, families and medical teams
• Contribute to service excellence and continuous process improvement

Required profile

• Vocational/technical qualification or Bachelor's degree
• Fluency in English, written and spoken
• Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills, with cultural sensitivity
• Attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills

• Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of electronic systems and EMR
