Guest Services Officer – Part‑Time (Emirati Talent)

About the role

The Guest Services Officer will be the first point of contact for patients, families and visitors at Capital Health Screening Centre facilities. This part‑time position focuses on delivering a welcoming, efficient experience while handling registration, appointments and insurance verification.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients, ensuring a professional and positive experience.
• Manage patient registration, appointment scheduling and insurance eligibility verification.
• Handle cash collections, billing inquiries and accurate patient identification.
• Provide Arabic‑English interpretation to support clear communication between patients and clinical staff.
• Support clinical assistants as needed and ensure compliance with DOH, DHA and JCI standards.

Required profile

• Vocational/technical qualification or Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills with cultural sensitivity.
• Attention to detail, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluency in written and spoken English; Arabic proficiency for interpretation.

Required skills

• Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
