About the role
We are looking for a bilingual Haitian Creole Customer Service Representative to join our Dubai Outsource City team. The successful candidate will communicate with customers in both English and Haitian Creole, delivering prompt assistance across multiple channels.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date customer records in the system.
- Provide timely and effective solutions to customer issues.
- Work rotational shifts to ensure 24/7 coverage.
Required profile
- Fluent in English and Haitian Creole.
- Based in Dubai and eligible to work on‑site.
- Prior back‑office or call‑center experience is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible, rotational schedules.
