About the role

The Head Bartender at Ling Ling, Atlantis The Royal, will lead the bar and restaurant beverage service, creating both alcoholic and non‑alcoholic drinks while developing an exciting new menu.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare a wide range of alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages.
• Design original cocktail and beverage menu items.
• Collaborate closely with service teams to anticipate guest needs.
• Maintain strict sanitation and safety standards at all times.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in a luxury restaurant or hotel bar environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast‑paced setting.
• Comfortable serving a diverse, international clientele.

Required skills

• Expertise in cocktail creation and beverage preparation.
• Knowledge of bar sanitation and safety protocols.
