About the role

The Head of Digital Transformation, Strategy & Governance will lead the bank’s digital agenda across the Wholesale Digital Studio and NeoX initiatives. This senior position is responsible for shaping the operating model, ensuring governance, and driving innovation to keep corporate banking relevant for the future.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a bird’s‑eye view of the different journeys in the transformation space.
• Provide governance across all digital initiatives in the Wholesale Digital Studio, including NeoX, to prevent duplication.
• Lead NeoX portfolio prioritisation, funding strategy, budget control, benefits realisation and executive‑level progress oversight.
• Redefine the operating model within the Wholesale Digital Studio and NeoX portfolio.
• Build a digitally driven and transformed organisation.
• Ensure budget adherence and adoption of agile & scaled‑agile principles across squads.
• Support the evolution of the Wholesale Bank Innovation Lab and Intrapreneur programme.
• Drive strategic initiatives for next‑generation offerings within advanced analytics.
• Enable disruptive coverage across the Wholesale Bank.
• Enhance customer journeys in DOB and KYC.
• Implement new approaches to technology, agility and collaboration.
• Foster a culture of innovation.
• Provide strategic direction and governance for NeoVentures, aligning venture priorities with group digital strategy.
• Oversee NeoVentures portfolio across incubation, partnerships and scale‑up initiatives, ensuring investment governance, budget oversight, milestone tracking, risk management and value realisation.
• Shape and govern FinTech, platform and ecosystem partnerships within NeoVentures, establishing operating models, decision frameworks and performance metrics to transition ventures to commercially viable, scalable businesses.
