Head Men's Soccer Coach

About the role
The university is seeking a Head Men’s Soccer Coach to lead and develop its men’s soccer program. This newly created full‑time position will oversee all aspects of coaching, player development, and program management.
Key responsibilities
- Develop player skills, sportsmanship, and conditioning.
- Plan and execute game strategies and practice sessions.
- Recruit, enroll, and retain qualified student‑athletes.
- Schedule home and away contests.
- Work evenings and weekends as required.
- Perform any additional duties related to the program.
Required profile
- College soccer playing experience.
- Minimum 2–3 years recent coaching experience at the college level.
- Proven recruiting experience and knowledge of relevant regulations.
Required skills
- CPR/First Aid certification (can be obtained on the job).
