Head Mixologist

About the role

A hotel belonging to the Accor network, which brings together more than 45 brands, 5,500 hotels, 10,000 restaurants and lifestyle destinations, is looking for a Head Mixologist to lead its bar team and create an exceptional beverage experience. The position is full-time.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily bar operations and lead the bar team
• Design and update cocktail menus, including signature creations
• Maintain excellent service standards and guest engagement
• Monitor stock levels, control costs and manage supplier orders
• Train and develop bartenders to ensure consistent quality
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety and hotel policies
• Handle guest feedback professionally and proactively

Required profile

• Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Professional grooming and presentation
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of spirits, wines and international cocktail trends
• Cocktail menu design and creation
