Head Nurse – Clinical & Operations Leader

About the role

Sigma Clinic, Dubai’s leading male aesthetic and longevity clinic, is seeking an experienced Head Nurse to lead its nursing team and oversee day‑to‑day clinic operations. This hands‑on leadership position requires a proactive, solutions‑focused professional who can ensure the highest clinical standards while supporting patients and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and support the nursing team, ensuring high‑quality patient care.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments, blood sample collection, IV cannulation, IV therapy administration and IM injections.
• Assist doctors during consultations, medical and aesthetic procedures.
• Prepare and maintain consultation and treatment rooms, ensuring all equipment is ready.
• Educate patients on peptide therapies and treatment protocols.
• Review, upload and verify laboratory results and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Conduct daily clinical safety checks, including temperature monitoring and crash‑cart inspections.
• Manage inventory of consumables, medical and aesthetic products, and coordinate stock ordering.
• Establish relationships with approved suppliers and ensure product registration certificates are up‑to‑date.
• Oversee preventative maintenance of medical equipment and coordinate compliant medical waste collection.
• Support Front of House during busy periods, including patient registration and payment collection.
• Ensure full compliance with DHA regulations and monitor staff licences, certifications and vaccinations.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse with several years of clinical experience, preferably in aesthetic or longevity medicine.
• Demonstrated leadership ability and experience managing a multidisciplinary nursing team.
• Highly organised, proactive and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication skills to liaise with doctors, suppliers, laboratories and regulatory bodies.
• Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and regulatory compliance.
