Head Nurse - HealthHub Clinic, Dubailand

About the role

HealthHub Clinics, part of Al-Futtaim Health, is seeking an experienced Head Nurse to lead the nursing team at its new HealthHub clinic in Dubailand, Dubai. This is a hands-on clinical leadership position in a new multidisciplinary outpatient clinic, where the Head Nurse will help establish the nursing function, set up clinical workflows and embed HealthHub's standards. The role works closely with physicians, clinic leadership and the wider team to deliver safe, efficient, high-quality patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and clinical supervision to the nursing team, ensuring safe, compassionate, patient-centred care.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, orientation and development of nursing staff, and coach and mentor nurses.
• Maintain clinical competency, coordinate nursing resources and allocate staff according to clinical and operational needs.
• Work with physicians and other healthcare professionals, escalate patient-safety concerns and maintain clinical documentation and electronic medical records.
• Promote compliance with DHA requirements and HealthHub standards, infection prevention and control, safe medication management and quality initiatives.
• Monitor nursing standards, support incident reporting and follow-up, and foster a collaborative, professional working environment.

Required profile

• DHA registered nurse licence or DHA eligibility letter.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing and significant post-qualification RN experience.
• Previous nursing leadership, supervisory, charge nurse or head nurse experience.
• Experience in an outpatient clinic, medical centre, ambulatory care or hospital setting.
• Fluent English and ability to commute to Dubailand; Tagalog is preferred, Arabic or another language is an advantage.

Required skills

• Valid BLS certification.
• Strong clinical nursing knowledge and clinical documentation skills.
• Leadership, people management, patient-care and communication skills.
• Preferred: experience opening or developing a new clinic, leading RNs, and experience with quality, clinical governance and patient safety.
