Head Nurse - IVF

About the role

Lead and manage the nursing team to deliver patient‑centric, evidence‑based care, ensuring operational efficiency and positive patient experiences within the IVF clinic.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strong leadership and management guidance to the nursing team.
• Ensure evidence‑based patient care practices are followed according to clinical standards.
• Develop employees and create an engaging environment to enhance patient care experience.
• Manage clinical and non‑clinical resources cost‑effectively to ensure safe patient care.
• Maintain compliance with legislative, regulatory and clinical standards for continuous quality improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from a recognised/accredited institute.
• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certificate.
• Minimum 5 years of nursing experience in an IVF setting.
• At least 2 years in a leadership role such as Team Leader, Head Nurse, or Senior Nurse in women’s health or fertility.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Competence in operating IVF clinical equipment.
• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
