Head of AV and Immersive Technology

About the role

Lead the delivery of audiovisual, multimedia and interactive technology solutions for museums, exhibitions and themed entertainment projects. Drive innovation and provide technical leadership to create world‑class visitor experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the AV and immersive technology strategy for the division.
• Serve as senior technical authority for all AV and interactive systems.
• Oversee projects from concept through handover, including procurement, supplier relationships and logistics.
• Collaborate with creative directors, architects, designers and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration.
• Support business development, client engagements and technical proposals.
• Build, mentor and lead a high‑performing AV engineering and delivery team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Systems or related discipline.
• 20+ years of experience delivering AV and immersive technology solutions for large‑scale cultural and entertainment projects.
• Proven strategic technical leadership on major international projects.
• Visionary leadership, strong stakeholder management and excellent communication skills.

Required skills

• AV system design, projection systems, lighting, sound, control systems, acoustics and networking environments.
• Advanced proficiency in BIM, CAD, Revit, SketchUp and Dante platforms.
• Experience with VR, AR, MR, AI‑driven interactives and spatial audio.
• Knowledge of global AV procurement strategies and vendor ecosystems.
