Head of Brand

About the role

WYLE is seeking a Head of Brand to define and own the brand identity of its pioneering “Clone with Conscience” platform. Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will shape how the brand is recognised, remembered and felt across all touch‑points.

Key responsibilities

• Develop the complete brand architecture, visual and verbal direction, and campaign territories from scratch.
• Create and oversee creative concepts, product storytelling, event and partnership creative, and launch assets.
• Direct art, film and photography production, ensuring consistency with the brand system.
• Establish standards and guidelines for designers and production teams to follow.
• Translate strategic objectives into tangible brand experiences that work across content, video, product, events and physical environments.
• Critically evaluate creative decisions with clear reasoning, defending the brand’s point of view.

Required profile

• 8‑12+ years of senior brand leadership experience, preferably with a track record of building or rebuilding brands.
• Demonstrated success in leading repositioning, rebranding, or launching new products, categories or consumer propositions.
• Hands‑on approach: able to produce first‑draft concepts, shape campaigns, direct production and solve complex creative challenges without reliance on large agencies.
