Head of Brand Marketing

About the role

The Head of Brand Marketing will own the brand strategy, positioning and identity for the Astra Tech & Botim ecosystem, serving over 150 million users across communication, fintech and digital services. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will shape the narrative, visual language and flagship campaigns that differentiate the brand in every market.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the brand strategy, positioning and narrative across the entire ecosystem.
• Develop and evolve brand architecture as new products and services are launched.
• Own visual and verbal identity, ensuring brand guidelines are applied consistently on all channels.
• Lead flagship brand campaigns from concept through execution, driving awareness, consideration and affinity.
• Manage creative agencies and production partners to deliver world‑class work.
• Establish, track and report on brand health metrics such as awareness, trust and equity.
• Identify and manage brand partnerships, sponsorships and cultural moments that reinforce positioning.
• Collaborate with product, integrated marketing and social teams to embed the brand in every customer experience.

Required profile

• 8–10 years of experience in brand marketing, preferably within consumer technology, fintech or digital platforms.
• Proven track record of building and scaling brands for large consumer audiences.
• Strong background in brand strategy, positioning and integrated brand campaigns.
• Experience managing creative agencies and production partners.
• Ability to translate research and insights into compelling brand direction.
