Head of Business Operations – MENA Eurasia

About the role

The Head of Business Operations will drive operational excellence, governance and organizational effectiveness across MENA Eurasia, partnering with senior leadership to align strategy and execution.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement governance frameworks, operational rhythms and performance management processes.
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable initiatives, manage KPI tracking and operational reporting.
• Lead cross‑functional strategic projects, establishing governance, risk management and success metrics.
• Develop and deliver leadership development programs and succession planning.
• Serve as trusted advisor to regional leadership, building strong stakeholder partnerships.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, Healthcare Management or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10‑15+ years in pharma/healthcare, with at least 5 years in a senior strategy or operations leadership role.
• Proven track record delivering large‑scale transformation programs in a matrix organization.
• Experience working across Middle East, Eurasia or international markets.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking and influencing skills.
