Head of Curriculum, 2 Hour Learning (Remote)

About the role

This senior leadership position shapes the AI‑driven learning ecosystem for K‑12 subjects at 2 Hour Learning. You will own the design, quality, and outcomes of curriculum content across multiple campuses, working remotely with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop AI‑generated enhancements to subject‑specific learning experiences, including content, adaptive pathways, and student interventions.
• Design and execute data‑driven academic interventions for under‑performing students using MAP, AP, SAT, ISEE and related metrics.
• Author evidence‑backed decision records that document actions taken to improve student performance.
• Create actionable specifications for product, engineering, and data‑science teams, outlining problem definitions, supporting data, and anticipated student impact.
• Lead a team measured against objective benchmarks tied to standardized test performance.
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and data‑science teams to evolve the platform.

Required profile

• Proven academic leadership with deep subject‑matter fluency.
• Ability to translate vision into rubrics, AI‑driven quality measures, and operational plans.
• Strong accountability for measurable student progress and outcomes.
• Comfort operating in high‑performance, data‑rich environments with imperfect information.
• Preference for decisive action over consensus‑driven timelines.
