Head Of DevOps

About the role

1inch is looking for a Head of DevOps to lead its infrastructure and platform engineering department. You will transform traditional support into a world‑class platform function, building resilient multi‑cloud environments that enable developers to deploy and manage services independently.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a DevOps strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead, mentor and scale a high‑performing engineering team.
• Oversee multi‑cloud Kubernetes clusters and enforce Infrastructure as Code via Terraform and GitOps.
• Standardise deployment processes and create self‑service tools for secrets management and provisioning.
• Define SLIs, SLOs and SLAs, and manage the full monitoring stack.
• Establish incident response, post‑mortem processes and enforce security‑by‑design.
• Drive cost‑efficiency initiatives and monitor cloud expenditure.

Required profile

• 8+ years of DevOps/Infrastructure experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record scaling DevOps teams in fast‑growth environments.
• Deep expertise in Kubernetes cluster management, networking and security.
• Strong background with Terraform, GitOps and multi‑cloud architectures (AWS, Hetzner, GCP).
